Right to make a claim

When you shop at Roberts Osis Studio, your purchase is covered by the rules on statutory warranty rights under the Danish Sale of Goods Act.

As a consumer, you have a 2-year right to make a claim for goods with defects or non-conformities.

This right covers defects that were present at the time of delivery, including production defects, material defects or printing errors.

It does not cover normal wear and tear, incorrect storage, improper handling or damage that occurs after you have received the item.

If you receive a damaged item

If your order has been damaged during transport, or if you receive an incorrect or defective product, please contact us as soon as possible after receiving the item.

To help us process your claim as quickly as possible, we recommend that you include:

• Order number

• Description of the issue

• Photos of the product

• Photos of the packaging, if relevant
